At present, the top, bottom, side, door, back and shelf of screen panels and filing cabinets are all completed on the multilateral bending center. In short, except for the strip-shaped parts such as columns and reinforcing ribs which are processed on ordinary bending machines, the rest of the plate-shaped parts are all completed in the bending center.
The multi-sided bending center uses a universal bending mold, and there is no need to change the mold to bend any workpiece.
The multi-sided bending center has a bending speed of only 0.2 seconds per cut. The equipment can automatically fold up and down according to the bending process to achieve arc, dead edge, and group bending at various angles. The comprehensive average efficiency can be more than 3 times that of ordinary CNC bending machines of the same specifications, saving a lot of labor and mold costs for the company.
