There are two types, suction cup type and pressure arm type. Suction cup type is used for thin materials of 1 meter and 1.4 meters. Pressure arm type is generally used for thick materials, mainly 2 meters/2.5 meters/3.2 meters.
The core frame of the equipment is made of high-grade QT500-7 and HT300 castings, and the casting grades are measured by testing instruments. The frame has undergone accurate finite element stress analysis and adopts a stable triangular interconnection design to greatly ensure stability under high-tonnage impact. The deadweight effect of the tool holder mechanism is balanced to better protect the working condition of the motor screw.
