In actual use, the intelligent flexible bending center does not need to add other special bending molds, and can easily achieve various complex shapes or forming effects that ordinary bending machines cannot achieve. For example, various combinations of complex shapes such as right-angle bends, non-right-angle bends, arcs, positive and negative bends, and dead edge pressing are suitable for metal forming fields in different industries. The whole machine adopts a full-electric full-closed-loop servo CNC system to replace the traditional hydraulic drive, which has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, fast speed, high precision, and light or maintenance-free.
The bending center we developed adopts a relatively advanced all-electric servo full closed-loop system. This system now has 13 main axes (the number of axes can be increased or decreased as needed), which can realize axis linkage, smooth and fluent bending action, high mechanical action coordination, and can easily realize various complex bending action combinations. The working efficiency and bending accuracy of the whole machine are leading in the country. The daily maintenance workload is very low, equipped with a self-lubricating system, the system automatically warns when the oil level is lower than the specified value, and you only need to add lubricating grease according to the program prompts.
