Common bending types: forward bending and reverse bending, open and closed hemming, upper and lower hemming, offset bending, arc bending, special hemming applications.
The intelligent bending center is a new solution for sheet metal processing. It can be said that it is an upgrade of the traditional bending machine, and it also takes into account the many functions of the multilateral bending center. On traditional bending machines, a large number of bending dies and a long replacement time are required, while the intelligent bending center only needs the same mold to complete more functions: four sets of dies, no adjustment time.
The intelligent bending center has a natural advantage over traditional bending machines in panel processing-saving labor, fast speed, and good product consistency. The corner cutting positioning method can always keep the size of the appearance reference surface accurate, so that the appearance parts can be guaranteed to have a high consistency, even after the front-end material is cut, the straightness of the sheet edge is relatively poor, and a high precision can be maintained.
