一. Machine operation
1. Start the machine: Turn on the power switch of the machine, wait for the motor to start, then open the main control panel of the machine and enter the machine control interface.
2. Load the program: Select the program to be loaded on the machine control interface, enter the program name, size, sheet material and other parameter information, and wait for the program to be loaded.
3. Machine calibration: After the program is loaded, machine calibration is required. Through the machine calibration function, the workpiece can be accurately positioned to avoid machine errors and ensure processing accuracy.
4. Process: After confirming program loading and machine calibration, place the workpiece into the workbench and start machine processing. During the processing process, you need to pay attention to the operating status of the machine and handle abnormal conditions in a timely manner.
二. Parameter settings
1. Plate material settings: When loading the program, you need to set the plate material parameters, including plate thickness, bending radius, bending angle and other parameters. Different types of boards require different parameters to be set.
2. Bending radius and bending angle settings: The bending radius and bending angle need to be set according to the needs of the specific parts. If they are too large or too small, they will affect the quality of the finished product.
3. Bending sequence setting: During the program loading process, the parameters of each step need to be set according to the bending sequence to meet the requirements of forming the part.
三. Part processing
1. Position the workpiece: Before bending, the workpiece to be processed needs to be accurately placed on the workbench and fixed with a clamp.
2. Program download: After setting the parameters, download the program to the machine and prepare for processing.
3. Bending processing: Start the bending processing, gradually carry out each step of processing according to the program requirements, and process the parts into shape.
4. Complete the processing: After the processing is completed, promptly clean up the remaining debris and other garbage inside the machine, and take out the parts for inspection and quality verification.
