This bending center boasts intelligence and flexibility, capable of seamlessly bending sheet metal panel edges to accommodate intricate combinations of angles without the need for tool replacement.




The machine comprises four main components :

1. The bottom structure, crafted from welded heavy-duty steel, ensures stability and longevity in bending accuracy. Treated with advanced techniques such as heat treatment and tempering, it offers robust rigidity, stress relief, and extended service life.

2. The upper structure, also fabricated from welded heavy-duty steel, features pressing and hinge blades, mirroring the durability and treatment of the bottom structure.

3. A mobile bracket facilitates the upward and downward movement of bending blades, maintaining consistency in fabrication and treatment.

4. The feeding system includes a versatile working table equipped with either C-type clamping arms or mobile suction-cups plates, providing flexible control and operation of sheet metal panels.

5. The worktable incorporates hard brushes and rolling stainless steel beads to safeguard the integrity of the processed materials.

3) The worktable is equipped with ample hard brushes and rolling stainless steel beads to safeguard the metal panel during processing.
