This bending center boasts intelligence and flexibility, capable of seamlessly bending sheet metal panel edges to accommodate intricate combinations of angles without the need for tool replacement.
The machine comprises four main components :
1. The bottom structure, crafted from welded heavy-duty steel, ensures stability and longevity in bending accuracy. Treated with advanced techniques such as heat treatment and tempering, it offers robust rigidity, stress relief, and extended service life.
2. The upper structure, also fabricated from welded heavy-duty steel, features pressing and hinge blades, mirroring the durability and treatment of the bottom structure.
3. A mobile bracket facilitates the upward and downward movement of bending blades, maintaining consistency in fabrication and treatment.
4. The feeding system includes a versatile working table equipped with either C-type clamping arms or mobile suction-cups plates, providing flexible control and operation of sheet metal panels.
5. The worktable incorporates hard brushes and rolling stainless steel beads to safeguard the integrity of the processed materials.
This bending center offers several notable advantages :

Feeding sytem:
1) C-type mobile strong clamping arm to control and operate the sheet metal panel.
2) Or you can choose the mobile suction-cup plate to control and operate the sheet metal panel.
3) The worktable is equipped with ample hard brushes and rolling stainless steel beads to safeguard the metal panel during processing.
Main functions:
1. Four-side bending;
2. One-side bending;
3. Continuously bending up and bending down without replacing bending blades.
4. Flexiblely bending arc-side curbs from 0-90 degrees;
5. Automatically forming the squared rectangle side curbs.
6. Automatically tightly fold the edges of the panel.
7. Automatically forming rectangle boxes with a max.100mm height of side edges.
8. Automatically bending the various complicated combinations of various angles of edges for the panel.
